That's the weird part it doesn't seem to affect everyone. Ever since the DLC came out hitboxes have been trailing behind character models just like in Gears 1 and 2 along with other questionable stuff for me and all of my friends, but other people tell us it's fine. We all have the DLC and even tried out various playlists with the same results. For some reason it boots people with the DLC to player matches a good 90% of the time. As you can see from my comment getting up voted others obviously have the same issue. I even made a thread in Epic's forums asking what the deal was. Not only did I not get a response they just deleted my thread as if I was trolling. Both them and MS are a bunch of pricks and can go fall off a cliff with their "dedicated" servers. Ridiculous. I pay $50 a year for XBL, put up with their ads, and I buy the DLC they used to keep the servers hostage. Yet they can't even keep their stuff straight for one of their biggest multiplayer-centric exclusives. Why on earth do I even bother when online is free, more reliable, and far far less segregated on PC? This is a prime example of one reason why people are sick of consoles.
Yes, I was a bit over zealous in my OP. I can't help it since Bioware's name alone provokes a searing hot rage inside me. I don't think the actual DLC is 600 MB though. They like to inflate the download with garbage to cover up how much is actually on disc.
It's odd how any of it got on at all, is it not? Would that not mean that they simply chose not to put it on disc since fans seem to be okay with day-1 DLC so long as it's not on disc? To me that says they were working on it well before certification like they claim and just held it back but didn't remove all of the code from the main game.

Mar 19th 2012 11:55PM (Joystiq)As someone with the DLC I can tell you this: WE STILL DON'T GET DEDICATED SERVERS. It's complete crap. At least they didn't jack your money.
