For fishing: Cut the max cast time down a lot and after fishing is to 350-400 say make so that with click cast your cast goes where you aim it after all you are now a skilled fisherman and taking 5 or 6 tries to land in a given school is just silly by that level and have click cast when a rod is equipped a default state so you do not need fishing buddy mod most of the features in that mod should be default I think

I have just taken a druid worgan to 85 and a little green stinker warlock to the same ( have run a BM hunter since the beginning and I have all the same concerns and you have I am on realms with no Heirlooms and not much gold (I create a Death knight and take him to 60 and use him to get herbs and ore to bankroll the new toons with needed Bags etc....

Working on a Paliden right now at 60 so he will be next to 85 I have been seeking out all the new content and I have taken one of each race to 20 to see the changes in the startup areas... main problem has been the nuts and bolts rotation for each block of levels and some concern about glyphs at lower levels as you say the 80 to 85 area is covered well right here on WOW but the full starting class guides need to be rewritten soon... The offical forums are still a mess but right now that seems to be where the info is some class forums are a lot better than others though

Well US majors and Major international firms are set up to do the needed testing the problem is most often seen with small third world outfits running very near the edge and flying much older aircraft... many of these "Grace L Ferguson Storm Door and Airline" (a Classic bit from http://itunes.apple.com/us/album/something-like-this-the-bob/id268000381 Bob Newhart) outfits using ex USSR equipment form the 60s and 70s and 80s These same aircraft many of them were built under license in China and hence old tooling has made its way to some these shady manufactures with cost cutting like that described with the seal maker above

Far more frightening is the vast volume of counterfeit Aircraft parts that find their way in to normal channels they can be almost impossible to spot with out metallurgical or other sophisticated testing. It has been reported that the vast majority of these fakes are out of asia
