re: testing on humans: Where are you going to find humans that are going to do first line testing? The testing you're reffering to is second or third line testing, after having a great deal of tests on rats in order to make the chance of causing death or serious side effects smaller.

Let's hear you say (type?) the same thing if a member of your immediate family has cancer, and the only cure / medication comes from products tested for safety on lab rats.

...Of course, you can try that lovely new "cure", that hasn't been proven to have no side effects but hey, it's not been tested on animals so it's good, right?

Last time I checked the poll, it was a pretty close one! This, despite the comments saying "they're all crap", "they're all unfunny", etc.

Personally, I voted for teh beh-behs, because I thought the strip (although not so much the punchline) was funny.

@Steven: Currently, no one phone, model to successor, fits the definition of major upgrade. The closest maybe is Nokia embracing touchscreens with the 5800, but that wasn't an upgrade to anything. But to be clear; I'm not knocking Apple, but to say the jump from iP 3G to iP3G s is a major step is like saying me replacing my w880i with a c905i is a major upgrade, because of more memory, better cam, fast chip, accelerometer, etc etc... It's simply not.

@larryryan0824, here in the UK, the constitutes 3.5G speeds, 4G isn't even out yet, but nominal speeds are set to 10Mb/s

@Steven Shvartsman, as much as I think hexydes is flame-baiting, and don't really agree with him (I mean I keep buying SE phones, which are basically the same, but oh-so slightly updated), how can YOU say it's a major upgrade?

A faster processor? is it needed? faster 3g? Not many telcos can handle that speed (in the UK at least), anyhow. Better cam? Still not a major upgrade. So, what's so major about the upgrade? The flashing icon?!

I suppose this can be forgiven slightly when it's not purpose built for a smartbook, whereas win7 is purpose built for all types of computer?
