I figure I have a one in 20 thousand chance to win...but being poor really screws with my chances of buying a much coveted iPad. So...a week of crossing my fingers begins.

I would not bet on that, mostly because those updates come at either the beginning of the year, mid summer, or after school starts.

While I agree that watching on an iPhone/iPod Touch isn't nearly the experience that watching it in a theatre/big screen is...it's for portable entertainment. I think that James Cameron forgot that in his rant. I don't think that any filmmaker should make movies specifically for that screen because that is just wrong. However, the movies I put on my iPod are ones I will enjoy and legitimately buy. So to you Mr. Cameron I say this, the story was mediocre and has been done before, yes the effects and CG were amazing but that alone will not cause me to buy your movie. I understand that I may be in the minority with that, but I stand by my decision.

And to think...pretty soon we will be hearing this kid on halo and MW2....crap. Damn his parents.

Hey...be careful about what you say about people from Iowa...I'm from Iowa and I happen to know someone who works for AOL Weblogs does too...in fact...one could say that if you like how things look...he's a part of that.

is this any surprise? the less difference in manufacturing between the 3G/s and the iPod Touch makes costs to manufacture it much lower. I for one welcome the oncoming camera. (and it's why I got a best buy 2yr replacement plan for my iPod that I got in may, mwahaha)

To be fair though, the trailer for Silent Hill 4 was really good too. I was greatly looking forward to that game. Fact is though once you got towards the end of the game you can tell the developers just got lazy and that ruined the game for me.

pssst: that was Halo 1 not Halo 2. Halo 2 didn't have a legendary ending. (Believe me I tried, actually I think we all tried, that ending sucked)

The last nightmare I had was that AOL started sending more dial up disks and I had nothing useful to use them for. OH THE HORROR!
