I play portable games any time I have an itch to play them, just like any other game. Where do I? Often at home on the living room recliner, which is the #1 gaming destination for any honest portable gamer. ;)

But seriously, it's the small things like this that kindles my interests for "developer diaries" and "behind the scenes".

The fact that Mr. McNamara and his cronies will be offered shelter for the crap they pulled is the epitome of "getting off scott free"!

Now all that resulted of this Team Bondi kerfuffle is mistreatment, loss of pay, jobs. Plus, that's not taking into consideration the pay cuts/demotions/layoffs we'll probably being hearing about in the coming months from former Bondi devs who made the jump to KMM only to find out their jumping ship came with some unknown side-effects.

Honestly, it's things like this that make me shake ashamed of my hobby. :(

I only hope that if Team Bondi is salvaged that Mr. McNamara gets tossed out as per the conditions of any contracts. Even if he needs to be bought out, just get rid of him and his incompetent managerial goon squad.

When you're pissing Rockstar off with your incompetence and arrogance, then you know you're some real piece of work! :/

Big ups to Sony for doing this! While it may only result in a few ports at first, it's things like this that entice people to dip their toes into a system and propagate it with software, which in turn propagates more software.

It's things like this that shows a) Sony has come a long way since the PS3's and PSP's launch, and b) is dedicated to promoting software development within its platforms.

It also speaks a load of confidence about the Vita and what kind of support we can expect for it. While we may see mainly ports in terms of digital content (besides retail titles), it's ports that leads to teams trying out original content once they get their bearings creating the ports.

When people ask me why I have more confidence in the Vita's potential when the 3DS has had such troubles I just point at things like this and grin. Say what you will, but if trying is half the battle than the Vita is already halfway there.

@Donny199 The thing is though that this isn't the first "rumor" (more like rumblings) that TimeSplitters 4 was under development. The first one was when they got bought out by Crytek, the next was within the past year when they were rumored to be working on the PS4/XBox 720 and TS4 was going to be a lunch title, and now today in that they're going to announce/give details soon.

The thing about this industry is that rumors are often true in some fashion or another, and the more they're repeated the more they become true. The details may not always be right (like being a PS4/XBox 720 launch title), but the general idea often is. In this case, expect TS4! :)

Future Perfect still remains one of my favorite games of the previous generation. I can't count the times me and my friends got together and blew through an evening playing it! Truly some great memories there, and I was very sad when Haze turned out to be a dud and Free Radical went out the door with it. But then the Crytek news came out and I was filled with hope all over again!

Anyways, glad to see we're finally going to get details on the revival! Will be really curious if the rumors that it'd be a PS4/XBox720 launch title will be true, which should be hinted based on whether they announce the platforms it's coming to or not. :)
