Right now I just use a LaCie Little Disk to back up my system, and I also have super-important documents, etc. stored on Dropbox as a secondary backup.

Best cat exercise? Gotta be the "run stretch." Pick your cat up with both hands and grab him under the shoulders and the haunches, and pull and push like an accordion. The cat looks like he's running!
