If critique is given on a game, should be taken in consideration how old the creator of the game (in the indie pitch) is?
Offtopic: I notice how the downvoting-feature is being abused. I think you should only downvote if the post is irrelevant or without arguments. DeadRabbits' posts contain both ingredients. Still it received a downvote from some people.
@everyone who replied so far to DeadRabbits: Deadrabbits is honest and shares what he is thinking. No need to think about what is socially accepted! (all AAA-games already do this, by censoring games for us) I think, however, his question is aimed at Joystiq: why give this game exposure?
I think if Joystiq would explain they randomly (not based on content) choose an app, DeadRabbits wouldn't have to make his post.
It irritates me to see how commenters find it hard to believe that DeadRabbits even dares to think this. It's almost as if I'm in a small (backwards) town, with a high social control. For me it was great to see DeadRabbits' post. At least he says what I was thinking.
To answer DeadRabbits: I think everyone that built a game deserves exposure because it's always interesting to talk about development. (even if the game is, or looks like shovelware)
