Mario Kart 7's online and StreetPass features detailed

Oct 21st 2011 10:10AM (Joystiq)
Lakitu is cool, but Metal Mario's as pointless as Dry Bowser.

Also, would it be too much for them to include characters from spinoff series like Donkey Kong Country or WarioWare?

'Fighting is Magic' in fanmade My Little Pony fighter

I don't get the obsession people have with this show, but that game does look pretty well-put together (Even if it's only showing 1 character at the moment).

I feel obligated to post this video everywhere I see mention of MLP: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GL_uR99FBPU

New Batman: Arkham City villain found in Qore

What is going on with those rabbits? They look like the offspring of a regular rabbit and an alien or something. It's creepy.

@mbarriault Glad to see it wasn't just me.

@FuzzyPierce Is it going on Indie Games? Because if it's an actual Arcade game, then you're dissing stuff like Limbo & Braid when you say that.

Deja Review: The Ico and Shadow of the Colossus Collection

Sep 27th 2011 7:28PM (Joystiq)
I'm getting a rental copy in the mail hopefully by Thursday. Already played and love Shadow, but I only rented and sucked at Ico once years ago, and I want to give it a second chance.

@MW49350 Either way, saying that the game market will soon be literally nothing but FPSes and indie PC games is hyperbole. There are still huge markets for other genres like sports, action/adventure, strategy, casual, etc, and they're not going anywhere.

@MW49350 Where have you been? Military shooters have been on top for over half a decade now.

LittleBigPlanet 2 Move Pack review: A brand new toy box

Sep 14th 2011 10:21PM (Joystiq)
I got a Move half off during that sale yesterday just with this in mind. I love the LBP series and can't wait to see what people do with this.

PlayStation Move peripheral(s) knocked down 50% 'while supplies last'

Sep 13th 2011 12:02PM (Joystiq)
Just bought a Move controller for half off and a used Eye camera for a final price of $56. Considering the alternative was a $100 bundle with only Sports Champions added, it's a good deal. Can't wait to try the new LittleBigPlanet stuff with this!
