It's quite simple. This can't be Doom because it's in an open environment with lighting.

Apparently this isn't a big deal AT ALL in South Korea, since I live here and havn't heard anything about it. Microsoft is a joke, and even more so in Asia.

Releasing next to SWTOR seems like a really poor financial decision. I'm expecting it Spring 2011 instead.

Pretty neat, but with shitty touch controls it isn't going to be fun at all.

@MEGATOOL If an Xperia Play 2 comes out and it's actually in the same league as it's Samsung competitor I'm totally gonna pick one up. Touch controls licks balls.

I don't know about most of the people looking forward to the Vita, but this is actually a deal breaker for me. It seems Sony are constantly releasing more stupid decisions every day...

This would have been a good game if it had local split-screen co-op. But it doesn't, so it's bad.

@Lucky48 I think your best point is "devs now can only imagine." If devs were able to do the things you mentioned now then I would be 100% gun-ho for a new console, but they can't. Give them another few of years and I'm sure they'll be able to, but if a new console dropped within the next two years nobody in the industry (except maybe the Naughty Dog team) would be able to do anything amazing with it. I think 2014 is a good year for them to think about releasing the next console.
