This is an issue because we live in a society where people who have never felt the bitter sting of racism, want those who have to agree and accept that we live in a post racial society. I've been a gamer since The golden era of Billy and Jimmy Lee. Judging from the comments I've read so far I'm forced to believe what I've suspected all along. Virtually all melanin deficient Gamers are too unwilling or incapable to call a spade a spade when It comes to issues of discrimination Especially racial.  It's clear the developers of this game based this character on a slave or Jim Crow/Reconstruction era black person who was a former slave.  Any person who can honestly say they've heard a black person in this day and age younger than 70 yrs of age use colloquialisms like "I's" "Be's" is either a liar, an idiot racist or both. There is a canyon vast difference between rural/urban ebonical' vernacular of today and the crap that is coming from letitia.  Of all the places I've lived and visited in the south and otherwise never have I heard this language outside of "Roots" or the "Color Purple". Even if one was to come across some older person who still spoke the language of fugitive slaves--who were not allowed to be literate without the penalty of death--"All" people commenting on this subject should be at least willing to agree that this is a gross and inaccurate misrepresentation of  contemporary Blacks!  For those of you claiming it would be a non issue if letitia were a white character, that's an asinine statement you would never find a white character that talks like letitia, as it would never cross a (Black, white, or yellow)  developers mind to make a white character in that likeness.
