I hate to sound like a sourbag but I thought I the idea of a release date was that stuff like this got sorted out before people owned the game?

example:

'Fixed a problem where player dies if vaulting over a ledge and into water while sprinting' wtf really

its great that patches exist to iron out a tweaks in a game but that list is comical
