Trusting in the intelligence of your customers must not be a very good business model. Sad. iRiver might never improve on the H100 series, which just might be the best mp3 player ever made (the Rio Karma's pretty nice too, and equally discontinued).
Does that mean that the Cowon/iAudio folks are the only no-nonsense technology guys left in the mp3-player biz?
