@Alex Trebek I don't see how it doesn't look good for Sony. The 3DS still won't have a strong enough lineup once the holiday rolls around. The price drop is definitely going to spike sales from the time it drops until the holiday, but I have still seen and heard plenty of people say the price drop alone will not be enough to make the purchase.
Sooooooo Nintendo doesn't want to push too many more units off shelves before the Wii U releases? I'm not saying Wii sales would skyrocket by localizing these games, but I personally know a few people that would have purchased a Wii if these games got localized.
Sad. There is not even anything that interests me in the Wii lineup coming through the rest of this year. On top of that, the last two games I even purchased were Mario Kart and Brawl, both on launch days. That's what 3 years without making a purchase? My Wii library only consists of 6 games also. The dang thing is just a Netflix box as it is now.
@Dark Archon PSN Archonik XBL Dar Nintendo lost simply because the following games are not coming to America for the Wii: The Last Story Xenoblade Pandora's Tower
With as many people as there are that want these games released here, Nintendo is missing out on some great opportunities. They probably could have pushed a good number of Wii's off shelves by bringing those games stateside.
@TheRedComet Exactly. I don't feel Curt could have let us down either way. The decision to move away from baseball had to have been very difficult to make, but if he has a very strong desire for video games, then I'll support his studio.
@clawbytes I imagine it will work the same way the PSN return has been handled in Japan, except we'd have to be taken back offline. If that's the case, there will probably be over 100 million accounts worth of angry customers. That is if SoE services have to be shut down as well.

Sony will be fine.

Bleh. I'm not sure if I like this.
