Battle.net integration before Cataclysm

Apr 28th 2010 4:15PM (WoW)
SOE enabled cross server/game tells and mail before WoW was even released. They also had a chat client that you could use out of game. I would keep tabs on raids when I was in class in college. Feels like Blizzard is a bit slow on the uptake here. At least they are improving on the system with the tie-in to B.Net.

Fantastic news

I like the fact that they are going with heavier paper stock. I am a huge fan of video game print mags.

Jonathan Blow: Microsoft made Braid demo shorter

Microsoft has the data on what kind of turnover demos on Live Arcade have. Blow made a great game, and I'll be replaying it for a long time, but the constant "I'm the little guy!" stuff is getting old.

Valve hopes to release upcoming TF2 DLC for free

I love me some 360 but this game is so great on PC and Steam that if you can run even the lowest res you should be playing it on PC... which by the way has frequent and free updates.
