Sure sure...Everyone is entitled to their opinion but here's my problem with this review: The reviewer doesn't know anything about the mythology of this game. He even says that he did not play the first game. For those of us who have, it's pretty cool(I think) that Abe Lincoln and George W. are apparently kick-ass space marines. Of course, John Adams is bald and goes about in a sweater vest...he's John Adams, former president and resident alien! The entire first game takes place in D.C. for a reason.
I don't think the reviewer has invested the time necessary to write a valid review. It was quickly done (He didn't even try the multiplayer!) and without any kind of prior research.

And stop claiming that HALO merits some kind of originality award because it's as derivative as The Conduit if not more so. It's a videogame...not a Jane Austen novel! Have some fun. I did and continue to do so in the multiplayer.

And c'mon! They got the voice actor who did duke Nukem!

And our reviewer obviously doesn't spend a lot of time with the wii-mote and nunchuk.

Here's my review:
The game is a solid FPS both campaign and multiplayer as was the first. This time, there's even splitscreen (I love killing my friends and relatives in the comfort of my own living room!). It's got conspiracies, aliens, nifty new settings and cool guns. The enemy AI is decent, the checkpoints are well-placed and the controls can be fine-tuned to near perfection. If you own a WII and like FPSs...buy this game. If you only like Mario and fluffy dogs and are a pacifist, don't buy this game.If you're in love with Master Chief, buy him dinner and invite him back to your place to watch 'Starship Troopers' and maybe play a little Conduit splitscreen.
