Hey Apple, now is the time to build in proper bluetooth control pad support. Icontrolpad and Icade back door it by pretending they are keyboards, but if you would just give devs a controller API, they would eat it alive and youd have another peripheral to sell people. You want IOS to be a gaming platform, so just do it, already!
@Lafajet This is like Blizzard suing Crimecraft. Im sorry, but it's just dumb. Maybe Bethesda should have come up with a better name that isn't two entirely commonplace fantasy sounding words.
@HaVoK308 Since I missed the revelation that this wasnt an open world game, I've operating under the assumption that this was going to be an RPG FPS akin to Borderlands. So unless you're saying that Joystiq completely overlooked the RPG elements in this game and that it is actually an open world game, I do not think I need to look any further to know this isn't the game I was wanting. I'll skip it.
@FuzzyPierce If you had planned on buying the game new, this has ZERO affect on you. Zero. If you had not planned on playing multiplayer, it also has zero affect on you.
@LEGIONSINGULARGETHUNIT WoW was EQ for dummies. However, everything I have heard is that TOR is WoW In Space, which does not excite me at all. I want something NEW in the MMO space, which is why I am looking forward to watching my grandkids finally get to play Guild Wars 2.
This'll be free to play before next Christmas, at the absolute latest. WoW is the last bastion of the subscription model and I think if Blizzard could figure out a way to retrofit WoW to work with F2P, they'd do it in a heartbeat. Im waiting on Rift to go F2P so I can go back to that one.
