Two large US retailers (ok BB and CC) had GTA4 bundles. So I actually got a second 360 and then a copy of GTA for $10.00

So I wonder if that drove 360 sales any, since they did not have a PS3 bundle.

I am buying Spore and I am ok with the DRM on this, just because Will took a long time to make this and it deserves to make money. I do not like DRM as a rule, but then again I never pirate anything either. Ok there was that, but it was only that, and it was 10 years ago (plus I think that means I can run for president now).

As a business owner I understand the need to protect your property, your revenue, your profit margin. With software it is a never ending battle, DRM is not the perfect solution, but you have to start somewhere. Where I really do not like DRM is with music and movies, if I want to store my DVD's on a hard drive, I should be able to do that (I know I can, but what hassle).

On a side not I just found my Wing Commander manual (Tiger Claw)! Now to find a 286...

I agree with Zeus, I do not see the PS4 being cell based, but most likely PowerPC with lots of cores. (Xbox 720 and PS4 will be race of the cores, and ATI vs Nvidia for the gfx.)

So from a Valve point of view (which HL2 was amazing when it came out on PC, and still looks great on the consoles BTW), why double your staff just for one console. Your PC dev team can handle the 360, and to a degree the Wii (which Valve will have a title on soon).

So what would my wife say if I bought a WiiPolemote, and put it in the bedroom?

Would I be better off just buying the stripper? Or both?

In 1998 MS came out with the Freestyle Pro (gasp motion control - google it), it was horrid for FPS, RTS, RPG, but it was fun in motocross, racing, flight sim, etc.

Motion control is old news, next??

I think this line is longer than the ones for the PS3, thank goodness for the 360!
