@phatman516 Except they are not punishing anyone, they are preventing people from cheating by using trophies collected by previous owner of a game. How can people not understand this?

Why are people so stupid? This is simply a measure to prevent people from sharing trophies, you have to earn all trophies by yourself when you buy a game used or borrow from friends. This procedure was actually posted on twitter by Shuhei Yoshida.

Wow the stupidity amongst some of these comments, there are direct and indirect ads of which one is subtle and the other direct. This will not be the only Ad Sony puts out for Vita, this is an indirect Ad to spark curiosity, it is a damn fine Ad. Direct Ads will tell you features and games and price and release date while indirect Ads will grab your attention to make you curious enough to go search for the product yourself.

People respond better to indirect Ads, just take a look at the respose on the To Michael PS3 Ad and see how much views it has. That is because it grabs your attention and judging by how fast it this Vita Ad went from 0 to 35,000+ in just 1 day proves that. While the direct Ads have been up since 2011. Do you get it now?

@SitriStahl what it looks like is a square with an opening for a disk and a power button, in a vertical stand. There is no design trait relating to Xbox 360 but of course people like to see things.
