OK, a little perspective here. Building a "combination Xbox 720 / PlayStation Quattro / Nintendo Hologlobe into one case, using only the interior components of a Casio watch and a Texas Instruments graphing calculator" would actually be pretty cool, but so far, all the guy does is cramming systems into smaller cases and making them portable. It's the same process over and over again: gut, add battery and an LCD screen, stuff into an ugly wooden case. Time after time after time. Anyone with a well equipped shop and too much free time on their hands would be able to do this. "Heck miracles"? Give me a break. I think we need a little more to start an organized religion here...
@9: You know what's ignorant? Posting critical comments without having read the story carefully. He's putting the PS3 on e-bay. So no, even if the system fails, he is not going to be "shit out of luck." He is going to be quite happily enjoying his wad of money (six days till the end of the auction and it's already at $1,125).
