COMPLETELY agree!!! WTF??? I was so looking forward to this game until a few months ago when I heard they had to create a special attachment to maximize the gameplay. I'm all for innovation but when it comes to portables the "attach" on peripherals is a joke and speaks of either flawed gameplay or flawed console design. Either way you cut it, they should have come up with a different control scheme to play this game. I will pass on this one!!

I could be wrong as well in my interpretation of the article but it wouldn't surprise me one bit!! Games like that help the platform to a small extent but the Vita is really appealing to the hardcore gamer who want the full experience (dual analogs,high res graphics, etc...)
Sony does need the casual gamers too but with that game being available on every other platform, their best hope is new "casual" Vita games which is what their Playstation Suite program seems to be aimed at.

This kind of pisses me off. Not that I'm dying to play Angry Birds on the Vita but the audacity of them to say "It's up to Sony". What's up to Sony? Do they want Sony to pay them for their overhyped game? Rovio is not Electronic Arts or Ubisoft just yet, they're acting as if their clout is considerable.

Will it sell more Vita's? Not really, most of those casual gamers will pay the $0.99 & play it on their Droid or iOS devices. Not to mention they'll probably charge $14.99 for it like PopCap is doing for Plants Vs Zombies. Anyone stupid enough to pay $14.99 for that game is nuts considering it goes for $0.49 to $0.99 on other platforms.

Yeah, maybe that's their way of satisfying the old school fans and the "youngins" at the same time. I hope it's more atmospheric than 5!!

I'm REALLY torn. The first half of the trailer kind of felt like they were going back to their roots ala RE 2 but then Chris's scenario takes over and it seems more like Gears of War meets RE. Maybe Capcom is planning different game style plays for the different characters scenarios??

Awww man, I was pumped about this game. I had no idea it required stylus controls...that's a huge turnoff for me. Will it support the dual analog adapter?

Great!!! Looking forward to see if Square really listened to the fans!! All the previews I've read point to yes!! I'm sorry but I really hated 13!! The ONLY FF I've ever been disappointed with.

Wow, what a letdown!! I thought Sony really had it together for this system. Sorry but I'm not about to purchase my PS One classics ALL OVER again for a new system. I'll keep my PSP. There's technically no reason for the Vita not being able to play those games. Say it ain't so Sony!!
