There is no such thing as Devastator armor. For Space Marines, there are 3 armor types. Scout, Standard, and Terminator. Scouts basically offer torso protection. That's about it. Standard is the power you see above. Every Space Marine, Tactical, Devastator, or Assault uses the standard Power Armor. I think the type of armor you're thinking of is the Terminator armor, which is the super heavy armor for the most revered veterans. Joystiq just got it wrong. It's Devastator, not Dominator.
