I'm fighting the urge to upgrade to an Elite. Right now it just doesn't make much sense. I love my Xbox but will wait for a hardware revision that will make it more stable. Though I can't complain too much. I have a launch unit that has never had a problem. No red rings, no lock up, nothing.

As far as affordable HDTV, I got a 32" Westy for $649 at a Best Buy sale. Great TV for the 360 and very affordable. If you shop around, you can find some great deals online.

I have to agree with Rigalios. I've owned every system since the Atari 2600 (except for 3DO and Jaguar) and it's all about the games. Right now, 360 has me firmly in it's grasp. But I know that down the road something will come out for PS3 that I just want to play. When that happens, I'm sure I will own one of those too. Just give us good games regardless of system and we will play them!

I told the cashier I wanted all three games and ordered a fish sandwich with it. They proceeded to get totally confused and by the time the manager visited 3 times I got my fish value meal and 3 games for $11 and some change. Not sure what happened as I was expecting more but I have to say these games are fun. For the price I feel that they are totally worth the expenditure. If nothing else, getting the achievements on your Gamerscore is something to laugh about. My friends keep asking me what kind of achievements they are. Plus the games are just fun. Simple and fun.
