Nice. We need more games like this outside Japan.

@RupeeClock Just excuses, so people who tries the game for first time and love it to download the DSi ware version, which means more money.

So, can't they just release a patch adding "new game" and "erase file" options, just like they would do on PS3? (this being the only console I own and hence I know how it works, not sure about 3DS, but come on, it's new gen!)

Legal issues would be Blizzard's issues, although I really doubt they do this being unaware of legal problems.
Same as with the scams. How could they possibly scam you on an in-game transaction? It's not like the item would never reach your character.

So, are you saying that I can make money for playing Diablo 3?
