Retail copies of Battlefield 3 will also require Origin

@Ospov No, I think YOU don't really get it. By being "Z", as you call it, means you've already accepted EA's terms and are a full-fledged ORIGIN member AND user. You *DO* contribute to ORIGIN's success by buying it for the PS3/XBOX360.

@killerjuice If you're talking about your footies, there's a simple solution to that and it's called Pro Evolution Soccer. It's better gameplay-wise and KONAMI even still supports PES4 (Released August 2004).

@BrianH FYI, my BF:BC2 indeed runs PB, but it doesn't run on ORIGIN, but on STEAM.
Any ORIGIN game I've played so far has issues with PB.

Minecraft studio threatened with suit by Bethesda over 'Scrolls' title

@Super Nintendo Chalmers I believe that was after Activision did so with the rest of the English dictionary, as well as the Norwegian, Swedish, German, Polish, Japanese, Dutch, Italian, French, Spanish, etc. dictionaries.

@Scuffles For your information, EA isn't at all what it used to be some years ago. It's Activision that's being the dbags that EA once were... I start nagging when I hear Koticks name and vomit all over my keyboard when I hear him talk.. >.<

On topic: I think that, IF Bethesda sues Mojang, Mojang holds a strong position in the courtroom, since the names aren't all that similar ("Scrolls" is just one word in the sentence "The Elder Scrolls"), but more than that, the scopes of the games are COMPLETELY different.
Just like with other industries, I'd say that using names that are alike shouldn't prove any problem when the products for sale aren't alike.

Still, sad story. :(
