I approximated my shep via the me3 face creator. He looks a little off, but actually everybody looks quite different - the first time Ashley pops up, I was like "sweet, it's Miranda!" So, I think my shep is as close as can be done.

Still, I'm a bit upset they didn't fix this prior to launch. Looking different is understandable, due to changes in the graphics, but it should be pretty basic to at least import in the me2 version if THAT one was already imported from me1. Just seems lazy.

I've never heard of them, but GROM is a cool acronym, more immediately intimidating than the others. "We're under attack! It's GROM!!! Run! Run for your lives!!!"

@xYOSSARIANx Yeah, they're just like the Taliban. Right. Try reading a book every now and then, it's a great way to learn about the world that exists OUTSIDE your head.

@LoneJester Yeah, that's a pretty sweeping generalization. I guess showing 'Dances with Wolves' instead of actually EDUCATING has had an effect.

That's a HORRIBLE thing to say! Is it really fair to blame the whole continent for the actions of Colombian drug cartels? I mean, really, what could Chile be expected to do about it? You, sir, are a racist.

@FlashJS You may have a point. AC games are about urban stealth craziness, and the colonies at that point didn't really have much in the way of bustling cities and impressive architecture.

@Terce Yeah, because everything was going just FINE in Afghanistan until the Americans showed up, and ruined the Golden Age it was enjoying under the Taliban. Right.

@(Unverified) You have to consider the fact that the publication of cartoons in a Danish newspaper led to worldwide rioting and approximately 200 deaths. Religious zealots don't behave like rational people. That said, screw 'em, publish whatever you want. The freedoms of the West have survived two world wars and the Cold War, at the cost of millions of lives; we're not going to give up on them now because a bunch of g*dd*mn hillbillies throw a fit every time someone says something they don't like.
