@bxgt To be fair it's at least more of a KH2.5 than another spin-off. It leads directly into the plot of KHIII.

@Protobreed I have nothing against this going multiplat but if it ended up on 360 it would be several discs long. :P

And graphics of Uncharted 3? Maybe it's just because Uncharted is generic as hell looking instead of stylistic, but Versus has always looked better to me. I honestly miss when Naughty Dog was creative and made games like Jak and Daxter and Crash, but that's a downvote-eating rant for another topic.

KHIII will be cool but I want Versus just as badly, and I'm far from the only one.

@creid8 Trust whatever you want to and believe what you want to believe. I know there's no reasoning with many of today's gamers so I'm not going to waste any more time, especially not on a site like Joystiq.

@creid8 Well dandy. I had a reply typed out that Joystiq's shitty website decided to eat up, so I'm not even going to bother typing it again.
In short; You shouldn't judge a game like this from the demo. Fighting Goblins in LoA is akin to fighting a hunk of wood. Later enemies require more than mashmashmashmash to kill.
And I'm not saying to respect my opinions while ignoring reviewers', but reviews shouldn't be used in an argument. Like you said they're just opinions. They hold no more value in a discussion/argument than telling me that some dudes you met at a gamestore agree with you about something.

@creid8 Well for starters nobody should ever take reviews seriously, but it already sounds like you're simply not the kind of person a game like this is meant to appeal to. I'm sure you don't care for Monster Hunter either, as repetition tends to be the most typical complaint about it and all the clones/alternatives out there.

@TheScientistofTomorrow Err, poor wording on my part, the soundtrack wasn't really Star Ocean or MH-esque, I just mean to say it was refreshing in general.

@creid8 What was wrong with the first one? I found Lord of Arcana to be a great game. It may not have had the content that MH does, but the gameplay and soundtrack were refreshing mixtures of Star Ocean-esque action JRPGs and MH. Refreshing enough to be a great alternative and deserving of it's own series.

It's such a shame that so many people and posts on this site have to be like that.
