My main problem with this is that i can't see how pressing A and doing a little dance can ever even approach the level of personal intergration that the old 40+ button console could.

With the old console style controller it felt like your were the pilot, with the kinect i'm afraid you'll just end up flailing your arms around stupidly.

I can't help but think that, like most things this would be better without Kinect.

So... are they still marketing the Kinect as a videogame peripheral or have they moved on to automated cat petters because as far as i've seen it's far better at the latter than the former.

Games don't need to be "fun" to be enjoyed, i mean The Expendables was a fun film, but it wasn't better than The Shining, which isn't, The Halo novels are fun books, but they weren't better than say Orwell's 1984.

Also i was hoping to see the old lady die in the vid... does that mean there is something wrong with me?

At some points the trailer reminded me of the latest RE film and i expect the actual game to be just as good.

Seriously though, what on earth happened to Silent Hill and what happend to Team Siren their spiritual successor?
