Yeah Nogib sounds like we may have a lawsuit on our hands, sounds like a class action issue for sure. I find it beyond weird some people got this and some didnt. exclude everyone or include everyone...............

Arthur is it possible to have a copy of this email? Microsoft is denying this even exists when you call them. i'm not trying to sound entitled here - it would be one thing if nobody was getting a fix for this, then it would at least be fair. however some of us are and some of us arent, which seems confusing and unfair.

Id love for the first part to make sense but it doesnt as a hundred bucks certainly isnt enough to put me or most out of house and home so that was just random. Second off i love the dedication to realism but i think your missing the point of a "game". i suppose i could do all those things, but really if we are shooting for realism you cant even play this game as you should be prospecting for gold and hunting for injians as a "real" cowboy wouldnt have this new fangled game box. lol

Yeah the 800 pound elephant in the room is the hardcore single player and if it will be available on its own. Seems unfair to exclude it for those of that already basically spend 100 bucks on the game. As for solomons folly, those of us that bought the game on ps3 could care less if xbox users go without it :-).
