@Thesifer Mandatory should be "Voluntary" sorry was thinking about Australian system when writing out the American system.

That's incorrect. The R18+ wouldn't be equivalent to ESRB because ESRB is completely mandatory. (And hopefully it always stays that way.) Australia has had to deal with censorship because short-sighted politicians (idiots) passed bills without thinking that virtually banned the sale of many video games. (Mortal Kombat is one of them.)

For theirs to be equivalent they would have to change their ratings to be voluntary. Which one could argue would work better in the long run anyways. The amount of compliance with the ESRB in the United States is astounding considering there are no fines, jail time, or any other penalties that go along with selling to minors.

I think Zynga's problem is the fact that they don't have a single creative mind in their entire company. You can't just rip off other peoples IP's and expect it to work in the long term.

Their newest game is "Hidden Chronicles" even the advertising clearly states that it's "Gardens of Time" with a new skin (Gardens of Time for those that don't know isn't their IP - But it DID win a Best of Facebook award.)

Zynga needs to hire ACTUAL GAME DEVELOPERS. If they did that, they could even cut the advertising budget down, and rely at least somewhat on word of mouth for truly innovative creations.

Generally on long car trips.. If I can get my wife to drive. :) Or if we fly anywhere and I want something to do that doesn't require the internet and I'm tired of reading.

Since I currently don't own an Xbox 360 (Just Xbox, Ps3, Wii) I would have to say the only reason I haven't heard Nasty things on Xbox 360 is because I haven't been on Xbox Live. So the nicest thing I have heard on there, is not having heard anything on there.

8 - Have played WaW, MW2, Blops, MW3, but haven't fully prestiged in any yet.

I'm sure being priced at $29.99 a month or so after launch for Black Friday helped a little bit.
