Oh, The Places You'll Go: Mass Effect's Citadel

@nacrom Just realized I wrote "layer" instead of lair....I lose all credibility. *smacks head*

@AlphakirA Nah, could have stuck with the same game engine, saving the majority of that disc space. I really didn't notice any game play difference in the single player. Few different characters, few new powers, few new weapons but overall the same game. I finished the single player in 7 hours. I believe layer of the shadow broker took me 3-4 hours. I paid 10 bucks for that I think. So how about 20 dollars, not waiting 3 years and paying 80 dollars for a super short game?

Was it just me or is the citadel in ME3 way smaller/had way less to do than ME2. I'll say it again; ME3 should have been DLC for ME2.

Is there a site for adult gamers? I'm really tired of sifting through all this shit.

Mass Effect 3 single-player review: This is it

@nacrom Meant to say in ME1 and 2 it felt like I had a lot more mission options. I don't consider these little artifact recovery things missions and it just clutters up my log.

Mass Effect 3 single-player review: This is it

Great game overall but the "side missions" involving overhearing a conversation and traveling to planet xyz to retrieve some artifact is very boring and feels like a job more than a game. You can spend 20 minutes looking for a planet. Once you find it you hit LT once and your done. Not very it really seemed like I had infinite options for combat based missions. It actually felt good to discover some strange signal from a planet and go investigate.

Do Japanese RPGs need good stories?

I would like to pose a question to all those who say the story is more important than the game: If this is really how you feel ( you enjoy a good story more than a good game), why do you even play vids? Are you expecting the stories in them to be more entertaining, thought provoking or mind opening than all the books and stories written? Have you ever even read a book of your own free will?

Shouldn't I meant to say.

@Drakkhenden I should play RPG's because I don't focus on the story? What kind of an ignorant statement is that?

Dark Souls was the best game I've played. The story was like an acid trip. I'm sure this was not intentional but it was cool! They didn't shove it in your face though - no androgynous heroes singing/dancing etc. If I want a story I will read Cormac Mc'Carthy novel. I don't expect in depth stories in games. Just enough to give me an idea of what I'm supposed to be doing.
