I tried purchasing it when the servers were messed up, it kept telling me my card was declined, but not to worry because my card hasn't been credited.

I now find out that my card has been not only charged multiple times for the purchase (which i was again told did not go through) but it has been stopped by the bank because of "multiple charges from Australia"

All I wanted was to give them some money for games
