I agree. The open-world, world-building, survival gameplay was Minecraft's gift to gaming. It's proven to be hit, and we'll surely see it built upon and improved by future developers? Nope - people have decided to run with the "blocks" theme.

I wish people would stop referring to Back to Karkand as a "map pack". It's supposed to be a mini mod of sorts, bringing back a small slice of Battlefield 2 to 2011. With classic maps, weapons, vehicles, more awards, more dog tags, and apparently more Frostbite 2.0, it deserves more than to be referred to as a $15 map pack.

@Copybass Ah jeez zombies So the hype is a trick, the game will be broken and filled with major bugs, it will be "as bad as New Vegas", and it will require work from the mod community...

...so you're going to wait for the **GAME OF THE YEAR** edition before buying it?
