@tendoboy1984 I personally didn't like the first two Saint's Row games. I thought they were complete crap and unfunny. I feel that with the Third they got it right this time, or at least perfected what they were trying to go for in the first place. It's no GTA killer for me, but I play GTA and the Third for different reasons. The Third didn't take a step forward from the second, it took a running start and a giant leap because they improved upon almost everything to me. The graphics, the character modeling, weapons, writing, humor and so on. Saints Row the Third is like the honey badger of open world sandbox games, it just don't give a shit. And really, it does it well. Free falling, dildo bats, Tron levels, a zombie outbreak, omages of games like Mass Effect and Red Faction, etc...why not? After playing the shit out of this game I felt that they got it right this time. The only thing missing was destructible environments, and even that I hear they're doing it for the fourth one.

Wouldn't you just look stupid wearing that thing while sitting down playing video games? Headsets and headphones are one thing but aviation helmets? Really?

I'm sorry but the art style didn't make me look past it's crappy gameplay. I think I'll pass on this one.

Does the update fix the bug where none if my actions mattered to anyone for more than a 30-second dialogue? I swear, I ended the civil war, defeated Alduin, restored the Thieve's Guild to its former rep, Saved Kodlak's soul and became Harbinger of the Companions, Arch-Mage of the College of Winterhold and Listener of the Dark Brotherhood.

AND NO ONE CARES. The people even act like the events are still going on long after they have ended! The civil war barely had any closure at all! The Thalmor are still here! Hilda never retired and Ysolda never finished working with the Kahjiit caravans and bought the Bannered Mare! That kid still works with her mother selling fruits and vegetables! Sure, it's fun most days...but it's hard work! Mudcrabs still don't have top hats and monocles by default! Randy Savage never reincarnated as a dragon! Lydia is dead! Madanoch is dead but the Forsworn are still out there! Plotting! They're after me cabbages! It's Herbert, but he likes to call him Bob just to mess with him!

Okay, rant over. Great game, really. Seriously, though, self-satisfaction only goes so far in a game where you committ actions that affect the land and it's people.

@Fuzunga This. I think they put it in because in had good feedback from Fallout 3/NV. Problem is it works and makes sense more in Fallout. At least make it a toggled option.
