Haven't noticed magic resistance failing yet but then I don't currently use any resistance effects on my character besides him being a nord. I have, however, experienced occasional frame rate issues since first purchasing the game and after getting the patch I had one particular time where it was incredibly worse than any other and it ended up freezing my PS3. On disease resistance, when alchemy woman of whiterun says you look like you have a case of such and such, is she always correct that you have a disease? Because I'm a werewolf but she said that to me so... ?

Just to warn people with terrible download speeds like me, the update is a hefty 767MB :/

That's returning with the Back to Karkand dlc, but will probably only be specific to those particular maps.

Glad to see skyrim got 5 stars but the review made it seem 4 stars at the most, could do with talking more about what makes it worth those 5 stars me thinks! :/
