I totally agree. Metacritic and Gamerankings are ruining games.... Uncharted 3 is a fantastic game, but people get mad at reviews not because of the opinion, but rather the score.

I hate scores, why can't reviews be opinion based, without dropping a number or stars at the end.

Also I never understood why people got mad at the 8 score.
I would have gotten mad at the 5, because I found that review poorly written and it seemed like the reviewer had alot of angst against the game
