Asura's Wrath review: Wrecking the curve

Feb 22nd 2012 5:14PM (Joystiq)
@The8bitPlaya Unrealistic games suck. Games have to be realistic. I'm now busy programming a game in which you play a protagonist who has to set his alarm clock so he wakes up in time to drive to the office for a 9 to 5 job behind a desk. During this job you can use the computer to bash unrealistic games on internet sites, but you have to be careful your boss doesn't catch you or else you get fired and your wife leaves you because without money you ain't shit.

Fan of the Mario Tennis since the Nintendo 64 version, the ORIGINAL?

Guess he forgot that the original Mario Tennis came out on the Virtual Boy and was a great way to show off the depth of the 3D visuals.

Rhythm Heaven Fever spreads to North America in February

With piracy being as wide spread as it is on the Wii and the Wii U on the horizon, it's pretty stupid to release Rhythm Heaven this late. And here in Europe we still don't have a release date.

Any way, I played this game already and it's awesome. Wish they wouldn't translate the songs like they did on the DS-version. The Japanese music adds to the weirdness of the game.

I also don't get why they don't rerelease the GBA version on Virtual Console, or even better, the Japanese arcade port of the GBA game (yes, they ported a GBA game to the arcade, including pixelized graphics). Those are still the very best versions of Rhythm Heaven and it's a pity most gamers never had the opportunity to play any of those two.
