I think they should explain what it is that makes the Zune software better than iTunes for music. Basically, you can do everything with the Zune Pass that you can do with iTunes, and on top of that, you can subscribe for $15.

Like iTunes, you can buy songs and whole albums that you own forever.
Like iTunes, you can rip your own CDs and import other mp3s into your collection.
Unlike iTunes, you can also subscribe for $15 for unlimited music.

Simple, straight-to-the-point.
