I hope they release it soon. I want to start playing it in my PS3, but unless they iron out the major issue I will wait.

I am doubtful with this kind of instance. What they hope to achieve? Many gaming sites saying they will shut down too at the 18th, but who are the people they believe they will garner support? Most gamers who goes to those sites are already anti-SOPA, so I doubt this will have any great impact.

This would happen sooner or later. only activision with their short sighted strategy of milk as long as possible would not see how harmful their strategy is at long-term.
