Thay's a really good point actually. I never thought of it that way. I suppose I am ok with a partner then, but i'm skeptical if they'll do it right. Hopefully, they find a balance between a helpless teenager and an ammo wasting, herb yielding safety net that was RE5.

@Lucky48 Yeah, I realize that, but a good portion of it was. Even after you'd rescued her, you were separated for a good portion after that. Not to mention, you could hide her in a box until you'd cleared out an area.

Sigh... Does every single character really need a partner? They could have really taken advantage of the multiple characters to satisfy both audiences. Leon could play solo like RE4, the others could play co-op like RE5/ORC. But I guess they're dead set on babysitting us at all times.
