They're doing all these Plex purchase options to try and drive up the price of plex in isk. Its becoming harder and harder for a regular player to buy game time in game.
Also took too long to level, too many people hacking inventory, the list goes on. I think if I started playing again at the rate they put out expansions I'll never reach the cap.
