I got hacked late last week. In a matter of days they refunded, got my points back (plus extra) and gave me a free month of live. It's a pretty shitty feeling to get hacked but they handled very well and very quickly.

Yeah, this happened to me last night actually. I'd love to find the people doing this and cave their faces in with a pair of cleats.
