As a reader I did immediately think PSN was shutting down... Looks like an interesting game.

I suspect even with KS and his lottery winnings the game is too ambitious for his cash resources. Besides it looks like it is design by committee, which isn't practical.

Essentially he's asking for a huge amount of money to be made available to someone with no experience or background in games development. Better projects have failed more spectacularly.
