How many different people do you have commenting on your blog posts, really? Pretty much every quote you used in this article probably covered about half of your regular commenting base. This was my quote:
"Not saying Cipher Prime will do the same, but Tim Schafer wanting to to a classic point and click vs. a very specific sequel to a very specific game are not equally attractive, I think this Kickstarted project should have had broader horizons."
Incidentally, taken out of context, as this was not a comment on Auditorium's kickstarter project, but a response to a comment one of the Auditorium Devs left in the comment section. Way to skew facts for the already small commenting base you actually have.
This article treats the situation like it a huge deal. Several people are skeptical, and rightfully so, of a crowd-sourcing project, a skepticism that proved to be rightfully deserved as it even made Auditorium adjust it's reward tiers to allow Kickstarter backers to receive the game at a lower tier.
So stop trying to convince everyone to blindly accept everything you post about. Jeebus.
It IS nice to see a mature attitude for once! I personally don't own a 3DS or a Vita, but I really wanted to post a reply starting out with that sentence since everyone else is, even though I'm sure what I'm doing right now is more 'attitude' than 'mature'.
Completely understand the situation you face with a Publisher, but on the other hand there's no need to play the blame game, most companies should have a good idea of how their business relationship with a publisher may or may not play out, which makes this sound a bit like whining, sorry to say.
Ultimately, accountability is measured through business, not popularity. Looks at Obsidian: KOTOR 2 was not well received, Alpha Protocol was a mess, Fallout: New Vegas became literally unplayable to PS3 users, yet none of that seems to have affected their future projects because, at least for KOTOR 2 and FO:NV, they accomplished what they set out to do from a business point of view.

It has to do with the sarcasm the OP presented in his judgment of Yoshida's perception of the game.
Either the OP was being sarcastic, or was legitimately confused, in either case my response was a subtle way of reminding that Yoshida is a VP of a company that publishes and develops several video games. Not only is it his job, he is very much trusted to judge titles in this way.
Has me thinking whether there's an increase in high profile hacker activity, or just an increase in companies now reporting these issues to the public.

How about not just blindly throwing your money around? Since when should anything be free of doubt?
