You guys should try Mario Strikers Charged. The online play is ridiculously addictive .... I hope more Wii games follow suit.

hey all! That is my software up in that vid. I fixed most of the bugs that people were getting, so download it again, and give it another try if you couldn't get it to work the first time.

Also, make sure you tweak the thresholds, as each wiimote is different, and I like to play with really hard motions, but you might want softer ones.

This week, I finished a wiimote drum kit that simulates actually playing a drum kit. It is easy to use, and very intuitive. After finishing this, I know that if EA charges Wii owners for a drum peripheral, it's going to be an extreme ripoff.

Don't take my word for it though, download the software and see how natural playing the drums with the wiimote can be. I, for one, refuse to pay for a wii drum peripheral.

My wii isn't dusty. I had people playing wii sports and Excite Truck at a party this past weekend. I just finished Godfather: Blackhand two weeks ago (yeah, I FINISHED it). When I recover from the beat down that I got from paying my taxes, I will be working through Super Paper Mario or Spiderman 3.

Am I the only person really psyched for Battallion Wars 2?

Oh, and they delayed MP3 to add multiplayer. When they originally announced it, it was announced as a single player game, but since they delayed it, they have been totally mum about MP3 multiplayer.

3? Where were 1 and 2? I've never even heard of this series before...

If you haven't played Godfather on the Wii yet, then you shouldn't be knocking EA's recent titles. No other game has ever simulated beating the shit out of someone so realistically. Seriously.

Also, I just wanted to say that I liked Rayman. The multiplayer rhythm game is fun for groups of people.

To preface my response, I need to make it clear that I think Final Fantasy fanboys are the most obnoxious fanboys. I think that they're worse than the worst Sony/Nintendo/MS fanboys. Every time I buy an RPG in a video game store, some FF fanboy grabs me and tells me about how I should be buying the remake of FFIII, or about how much the FF series has changed gaming forever and how the world totally needs another spinoff based on some minor character from the Japanese version of FF2.7XX!!!!

So, to get around FF fanboys, I just pretend that I've played a few of the games. I did play through the first one, and I enjoyed it, but I haven't played through any others.

I constantly pretend that I have played FF7. Yes, I know it was a great game, now will you please just ring me up?!

Technically, couldn't you just fire up the PS3 web browser, and play flow as a flash game? Does the PS3 browser support flash?

I'm confused as to what's so technically difficult about this. If you have the flash game, and you have a web browser on the PS3, where is there a problem? Just make it a downloadable flash title... Maybe someone can illuminate my ignorance.

Sheppy, I think you're missing the point.

Yes, PS3 does have a fine lineup, especially when compared to Nintendo's 2006 lineup, which has a similarly small number of big exclusive titles. The question is this:

Why pay an extra $200 for a system with a game lineup that is strikingly similar to the lineup of its cheaper brethren? I'm not trying to be mean, I just don't see the point.
