Based on what my Uncle say and he had 30years in at Chrysler. The general method for Chrysler is to suspend them for 90days the UAW will pay them instead and send them into rehab after which they will be back on the job and Chrysler will pay the UAW back or at least that is how he says it used to work but he's not sure what the new contracts have in them.

I don't see the problem as this it nothing remotely like the bail outs GM and Chrysler got which were basically free money from the tax payer while Ford on the other hand has to you know really pay it ALL back not just shift some of it around and claim they paid it all back.

They're gonna pull a ford explorer they'll offer the standard v8 in the C7 with an optional eco friendly turbo v6 for $2,000 more!
