@Sampo27 no I'm right, you're running from walter who is shooting at you and the running part is very awkward. thats what i didn't like, the movement. and they were the holy candles. yay for not being insane!
@Sampo27 It's weird, i remember the game so vividly, Eileen, the subway, that teddy bear pointing at you through the hole, yet the last half of the game i remember is different... very odd. wonder what that game was. the final boss had something to do with candles and depending on how badly beaten one of the npc's was. i think a little girl... determined the ending...anyone? am i nuts?
I've only ever played The Room. I enjoyed the story quite immensely however the final boss was super annoying if i remember it correctly. One of things i hate about these games is the control style. I seem to recall the inability to change directions without stopping to turn. My memory may be skewed but I do remember the run in the graveyard away from the dude with a gun. Please correct me if i am wrong.
I am impressed with the amount of m,oney raised for this project. I just happened to be perusing kickstarter when i saw this project go online. I remember thinking 400,000 is crazy, i threw 30 at it anyways hoping for something day of the tentacle-ish in case it did get funded. like 4 hours later we were at almost a million! o_O ridiculous! All i could think was why does Joss Whedon not make a Firefly Kickstarter campaign to buy the rights and start production. If we can get 3 million for a niche game market like point and click adventures then we the online community could definitly rally to bring up some cash for Firelfy - anywho! Go Team (ad)Venture! ..shhhh
