I have both an XBOX 360 and a PS3, as such, I subscribe to both PS3 Fanboy and 360 Fanboy. Seriously, every few posts on PS3F is about LBP. It's getting a little tired and overhyped for a game that has one foot firmly in the casual market.

Has anyone signed up for the ABORTION that is MGS4 online? While the game is pretty fun, the rigamarole of creating two different accounts with two different sign ins that need to be inputted each time you want to the game is exasperating at best. I would much rather have a single login for all that crap as well as my other PS3 game.

Oh, and if Microsoft want a way to make more gold member signups, try making online multiplayer free, but gamerscore a pay service. See how you do then.

My money is on PAX. Bungie and PA have worked together on stuff before. Remember when Halo 3 was the final challange on the Omeganaughts before the game was released?

This is a good idea. Consoles is a better place for a game like this than Steam IMO.

As a UK gamer with a less than affluent entertainment budget, I would rather buy a brand new 8800 GTS graphics card for my PC than this. They cost about the same.

This is retarded, the game was supposed to be an experiment with micropayments to see if an east asian game model would be sucessful in the west. The game will be budget priced (free on the PC, as I understand it) and if you want a new weapon to use, you buy it.

Lost HD-DVD might be, but in the end Blue Ray isn't flying off the shelves either. Infact, it would probably be in the same place HD-DVD is now if it wern't for the PS3. When it comes back to the unwashed masses, they look for simple reasons for upgrading their stuff. I was taught this when I worked in electrical retail. These can be broken down to

1) The old one broke
2) The new one is cheaper
3) Someone bought it for me

It is for one of these three reasons that most people upgrade.
