my dad always said "you can't play games on the big screen, because the games will burn into the screen." anytime we were behind the tv, he'd freak out and tell us not to mess with it. well one christmas morning, we wake up and open presents. then, decide to go back to sleep for a while. first thing we see when we wake back up? he's playing games on the big screen. he never got onto us for it again.

playing gears of war with my little brother on thanksgiving was awesome. it was right before he pretty much stopped talking to me. :/

ghost ridin the whip.

how adorable would a sackboy dancing alongside a moving car be? i mean, with the physics engine, you could totally make a tiny car ghost ride the whip.

i was about six years old and had this dream where everyone in the neighborhood had decided they would line up all the way down the middle of the subdivision.

the line was seriously stretching all the way around to the highway. i walked, looking to see what they were waiting for, until i came to the front of the line.

there, i saw this mad scientist-looking guy with an igor-type assistant and he was cackling over this giant kettle. He opens it, and he's cooking my dad. my dad looks up at me and starts screaming.

...all the people in line were waiting to be boiled alive.

this dream creeps me out to this day.
