Picked one of these up three days ago. I'm very disappointed. Neither of the earpieces is comfortable for me. That's probably not MS's fault, I might have wierd ears. The sound cutting out betweeen the headphone and the tv is the most annoying thing that can happen during a game. Finally, the static feedback is embarrassing, since everyone is yelling at you about it. The wired headset is much better.
