So I'm going to take Rolling Rock as being roughly equivalent to Fosters here. At $21.99 a case, and with a currency conversion rate of about two dollars to the pound, you get, er, a lot of beer.

About 13 cases or 312 bottles (so my calculator informs me).

Another interesting point is that with currency conversion being what it is, the PS3 costs UK buyers almost $850, which is insane for any console.

Played it at Frys on Sunday, it's as much fun as the PS2 one :)

Roundabout 75$ (5970 points). 5 games, 4 movies (3 in HD) assorted content and a couple of picture packs.

Now if only I could get a perr-to-peer connection on Live, my life would be greatly improved. For some reason joining games from lobbies is fine, but connecting to a friend's box always fails.

Can't wait to start pinging manhole covers back at enemies again, especially for a low low price of 5 bucks.

I'm so glad they started doing good retro games, and not just the older school Pacman type stuff. This is a much better era to be grabbing games from.

Sorry, but companies have to aggressively protect their trademarks otherwise they stand to lose them.

If a company decided to relase dolls like Emilios, Epic would have a tough time defending the trademark if they had already let someone else get away with it.

The best thing for Emilio to do would be to get a licensing agreement with both Epic and Munny and start producing a line of them for real.

Sounds like he's following up on the emotion thing he was talking about the other day (interview with a few RPG dudes on this site in the last couple of days). Judging by the reported crowd reaction he's already got his emotive hook, and I suspect he chose a dog because people will easily fall for it.

I also love rally games (so much time spent with Sega Rally on the Dreamcast...) so I'll be forking out for this when it comes out too.

Yeah, I'm at a point in my life where I've discovered that box art really doesn't interest me that much... :)
